Who is Bayard Bradford?
Bayard Bradford is an Elite level HubSpot partner, which puts us in the top 1% of HubSpot partners. Our core focus is technical solution strategy and execution for implementations, operational efficiency, and integrations.
We focus on what we’re the best at, strategic HubSpot implementations and integration work across all hubs. That focus is also why we do not stretch our skills to do brand management, BDR agency work, marketing creative or copy work.
Founded in 2016, we’re a remote - first company based out of Houston, Texas and one of the first technical partners in the HubSpot ecosystem.

How is this so inexpensive?
Bayard Bradford partnered with Jani-King International to craft the most time-consuming and costly portions of this project in advance, so regions could benefit by having it simply copied and adjusted into their own portals. We’d estimate that the implementation time for this project would cost upward of $50K with a large amount of time spent in the 150+ automations built to Jani-King specifications.
There are a few factors that allowed us to create such a cost effective implementation:
- Utilizing Datewarehouse.io software allows us to automatically migrate key aspects of the project to allow us to do in hours what would otherwise take weeks or months.
- Bayard Bradford and Jani-King International collaborated for months prior to rolling out this initiative wherein much of the leg work has been handled.

How does Bayard Bradford price their projects?
Bayard Bradford contracts for hourly time and materials. The $4,000 starter cost consists of the base cost for sales implementation, marketing assets, and the integration with Jani-King International for future marketing emails, landing pages, and automations.
If additional hours are needed, our team will flag them in advance for approvals. No surprises here!

What can I expect from a time commitment?
Our initial timeline is 4-5 weeks. In that time, you can expect to spend 2-3 hours a week on this project. That includes our once a week meetings as well as time for any internal conversations needed, time to review, and in email communications.

What if I already have a marketing or PPC partner?
The more the merrier. Bayard Bradford is a technical solutions firm and does not offer traditional marketing services. We’re happy to provide information or include them on our calls together.
Bayard Bradford does however do marketing operations and analytics (email campaign set up, template creation, workflow and segmentation etc.

What happens after the project?
After our engagement, many of our clients want to continue working with us! We do offer post- implementation support retainers. The most common areas where additional support is asked for is training time and marketing operations support.
Our goal is for you to want to continue to work with us, but to never need to so we will equip you with documentation and training to be able to move forward with your journey with HubSpot.

Can I connect systems like Proposify, Outlook or Gmail?
Yes! In our engagement, we’ll walk through the out of the box integration for email and calendar. HubSpot offers an out of the box integration with Proposify.
We are happy to evaluate any other systems that you may like connected to HubSpot. For franchises we commonly see Quickbooks Online, ZoomInfo and other business intelligence softwares, SMS platforms like Sakari.
Bayard Bradford does also a wide range of integrations.

What does the portal integration entail both in cost and features?
The portal integration includes not only the update of marketing assets, updates to the template including additional automation from JKI, but also the push down of leads automatically removing the manual process of entering leads. Those leads can be pushed right into your HubSpot portal with all applicable information in less than an hour (though most likely within minutes).
The integration cost is a monthly cost of $250/m and will be billed with JKI corporate.
